Terms of Service

We are a professional services firm. As such, we contract on an individual, specific basis to perform itemized tasks with defined deliverables. We therefore bill your company upon substantial completion of those tasks according to the language of in our Agreement for Services. A typical Agreement for Services is located in the document column to the right. You may examine this as a sample, but please bear in mind that the specific terms of each agreement are up to you.

In practical terms, our first consultation costs $250 and generally lasts an hour. In that consultation, we examine your concerns and define a broad course of action. The first step is usually a survey of your resources, your infrastructure, and your socio-economics: the people and equipment which ARE your company. From there, our first deliverable is a Work Plan. That Work Plan is accompanied by a schedule of deliverables and estimates of fees.

In cases where small consultations are all that is needed, we bill our services at the general rate of $175 per hour. All our billing is done at 1% net 10.
